Terms and Conditions for Copyright Transfer

1. Transfer of Copyright: Upon purchase, the copyright of the artwork is transferred to the purchaser. This transfer includes all rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork.
2. Artist Attribution: The artist must be credited as the painter of the artwork in all instances of reproduction, distribution, and display. The credit should be clearly visible and in a manner that is consistent with industry standards.
3. Publisher Attribution: AfricanGallery must be credited as the publisher of the artwork in all instances of reproduction, distribution, and display. The credit should be clearly visible and in a manner that is consistent with industry standards.
4. Scope of Rights: The purchaser gains full ownership of the copyright, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork, subject to the attribution requirements stated above.
5. Duration: The transfer of copyright is effective immediately upon purchase and remains in effect for the duration of the copyright term as defined by applicable law.
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
